My Story
For 22 years I helped my grandpa make meat products. Together we made a lot of things, from home smoked ham and bacon to breakfast sausage and ring bologna. On a hobby farm we practiced farm to table (before it was named as “thing to do”) raising cows, pigs and chickens - home butchering, grinding, stuffing with a cast iron stuffer, and smoking in a cinder block smoke house. Since he passed, I have kept that tradition alive. In 2023, I decided to make it more than a hobby.
