Mountain Man Meat Co. is a local sausage and brat making company. We utilize a local commercial kitchen to fully comply with all regulations and inspections.

Pick what you’d like. Add it to your cart. Pay for the items. We will then take your orders and make them fresh.

Because we’re a small company, the strategy is to batch orders to save on time and waste. Summers are busy and orders average about once a month. Fall and winters are pretty slow so it might be a while. Feel free to email us before ordering and we can give you a rough estimate based on when the last batch was made.
